What products do you use?
We use proven, plant-based, biodegradable cleaners (low-fragrance options available). We can also use your preferred products if you have sensitivities or brand preferences.
What’s included in a regular eco clean?
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces, bathroom/toilet/shower, bins and recycling, quick tidy, and bed-linen change if requested.
Do you offer deep or spring cleans?
Yes. Deep cleans cover detail work like skirting boards, inside fridge/oven (eco products), tiles/grout touch-ups, and high-touch areas. We’ll recommend hours after a quick assessment.
What’s not included (or requires a specialist)?
Carpet shampooing, mould remediation, biohazard cleanup, exterior windows above ground level, roof/gutter work, pest control, and trade repairs. We can refer trusted partners.
Do you work around pets and allergies?
Yes. We use low-fragrance, hypoallergenic options and work carefully around pets. Tell us about triggers (e.g., citrus, essential oils) and we’ll avoid them.
What areas do you cover?
Christchurch, Tauranga, and across New Zealand (ask about your suburb).
Do you bring your own tools and equipment?
Yes—eco products, cloths, and standard equipment (vacuum/mop). If you prefer we use your vacuum or microfibre system, just let us know.
Can you help with laundry and beds?
Absolutely. We can wash/hang/fold laundry and change bed linen during the visit.
Will we have the same cleaner each visit?
Yes, consistency first. You’ll have a regular, police-vetted carer; we cover any absences with someone briefed on your preferences.
How often should we book?
Most families choose weekly or fortnightly. We also offer monthly or one-off deep cleans. We’ll right-size the plan during your first call.
Are your carers vetted and insured?
For safety, we don’t move heavy furniture. We can clean accessible edges and recommend safe alternatives for larger shifts.
Do you move furniture or do heavy lifting?
Yes. All carers are police-vetted, reference-checked, and insured. Professional conduct and privacy are non-negotiable.
How do you handle access and privacy?
We follow a strict key-holding protocol, keep alarms/codes secure, and never share details outside the care team.
